Interviewed 23 Aquatic Invasive Species experts from around the country.
Compiled the research into a 42-page report informing boat manufacturers of the challenges and suggestions regarding decontaminating boats.
Developed a prototype for an online course for parasailing professionals.
Mission Accomplished Regal Boats
Developed Regal Boats Guiding Principles (employee handbook),
Edited the original version to improve user-friendliness by organizing content, including helpful links such as Spanish and Vietnamese versions, reducing the overall length by 33% (6,000 words), and adjusting the reading level from 11th grade to 9th grade.
Designed and included attractive infographics summarizing information important to employees, like holidays and benefits.
